In short
AssessWiki collects minimal data: your theme preference (stored locally) and anonymous analytics. When you take an assessment, data is processed by our partner FormLM under their separate privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
1. Data we collect
Local preferences
Theme (light/dark) and font size are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
Anonymous analytics
We collect aggregate, anonymized page view data to understand which content is useful. This includes: page URL, referrer, approximate region (country-level), and device type. We do not track individual users across sessions.
Assessment data
When you take an assessment, your responses are processed by FormLM. AssessWiki does not store assessment responses. FormLM's privacy policy governs how assessment data is handled.
Contact form data
If you contact us via email, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry and for record-keeping. We delete contact data after 24 months unless an ongoing correspondence is active.
2. Cookies
AssessWiki uses minimal cookies:
- Essential — localStorage for theme and font size preferences. These are required for the site to function.
- Analytics — An anonymous session cookie for aggregate traffic analysis. No personal data is stored in this cookie.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party social media widgets that set cookies.

4. Your rights
- Access — You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — You can request deletion of your contact data at any time by emailing formlm.me@gmail.com.
- Opt-out — You can disable analytics by using your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or by blocking cookies.
- Local data — You can clear your theme and font size preferences by clearing your browser's localStorage for assesswiki.com.
5. Data security
We use HTTPS for all connections. Contact form data is stored in encrypted email. We do not store payment information (we do not process payments directly). Assessment data is handled by FormLM under their security practices.
